‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ Teaser Trailer Released

Star Trek Into Darkness is coming together quite well. Today, the first trailer for director J.J. Abrams’ upcoming sci-fi sequel has been released. Paramount referred to this trailer as an “Announcement Trailer”, which is a little over one minute. This version will be followed by their December 14 full-length trailer, which will be shown in theaters in the previews before The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

‘American Horror’ Story & Jessica Lange Back For Season 3

FX has officially picked up  American Horror Story for a 13-episode third season. Keeping with the tradition of the original American Horror Story and American Horror Story: Asylum, some of the original actors, including Golden Globe AND Emmy winner Jessica Lange, will be back for the new season. Of course, also in AHS fashion, they won’t be reprising their original roles, instead it will be an entirely new eerie plot line. | Full Story

FX’s American Horror Story is set for a second season – but with an entirely different plot and some some major shake ups with casting. Returning favorites include last years AHS Emmy and Golden Globe winner, Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, and Frances Conroy. Some notable new faces in the cast include Chloe Sevigny, Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine, Mark Conseulos, and Joseph Fiennes. Robocop Peter Weller to Star in J.J. Abrams’ Next ‘Star Trek’

Peter Weller to Star in New Star Trek Movie

Peter Weller, the seasoned actor who played the title role in the 1987 action film “Robocop”, has joined J.J. Abrams’ next “Star Trek” movie, according to the TheWrap.com

No details have been revealed as to what character Weller will be playing, but it won’t be his first “Star Trek” role, because he appeared in two episodes of “Star Trek: Enterprise” in 2005 as John Frederick Paxton.

The Paxton character was depicted as a murderous leader of the radical group Terra Prime, which advocated expelling all non-humans from earth and the entire solar system. | Full Story
