Vin Diesel Stars In New Badass ‘Riddick’ Trailer

Vin Diesel in Riddick

The first full length Riddick trailer has made its way online, and from the looks of things, the upcoming film may be filled with even more badass Vin Diesel and strange dangerous creatures than the first installment, Pitch Black.

Aside from Vin Diesel, Riddick stars Katee Sackhoff, Dave Bautista, Jordi Mollà, Matt Nable, Bokeem Woodbine, Raoul Trujillo, and Nolan Gerard Funk.

Judging from the trailer, writer/director David Twohy returned to the original themes featured in Pitch Black, abandoned those introduced in the interplanetary debacle known as Chronicles of Riddick. | Full Story

Vin Diesel Unleashes New ‘Riddick’ Teaser

Vin Diesel in Riddick

Vin Diesel is back in a twenty-two second Riddick teaser to remind fans the sci-fi adventure is still on. Once again the star plays the anti-hero in the third installment of the franchise and he unleashed a quick clip on his Facebook page to promote the film.

The only human being we can make out in the video is Diesel’s ‘Riddick,’ who’s seen engaging some pretty nasty and exotic beast while we hear him in his typical bad ass spiel.  He’s even heard echoing the very familiar line from Pitch Black (2000), “You’re not afraid of the dark, are you?”

In the upcoming film Riddick is left for dead on a desolate and dangerous planet, but of course he survives, and is now prepared to wreak havoc on those who deserted him. | Full Story
