Tobey Maguire has settled a lawsuit which accuses him of winning more than $300,000 in stolen money from currently jailed Beverly Hills hedge-fund manager, Brad Ruderman, as part of an illegal poker ring operation.

The Hollywood star has decided to pay $80,000 in restitution in order to be dropped from ongoing investigations.

The initial lawsuit was filed in a federal Bankruptcy Court in California back in March. A trustee for the victimized investors filed the suit, while on a mission to get back the money the actor had won in several private high stakes Texas Hold ‘Em gatherings held by Ruderman. | Full Story
