The X Factor has had enough of a reality star that just couldn’t shine on live TV. Fox confirmed reports that Khloé Kardashian Odom will not be needed for hosting duties on the popular singing competition show.

“Khloé Kardashian will not be returning to co-host The X Factor. We really enjoyed working with her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors,” read a statement from producers of the show. | Full Story

Just before X Factor and The Voice are set to air their season premieres, the rivalry between the two music competition shows has reached fever pitch.

In a move apparently aimed at sabotaging the The X Factor’s September 12th Season 2 opener, NBC announced it would air a special Wednesday installment of The Voice next week.
