Fans of the sci-fi franchises “Star Wars” and “Star Trek” have historically been locked in an epic bitter rivalry throughout the years. Now George Takei, who played Hikaru Sulu in the original “Star Trek” series in the 1960s, is calling on these rivals to make “Star” peace and unite to combat a common enemy: “Twilight.”

Ashley Greene, best known for her role as a vampire named Alice Cullen in the super popular film series ‘The Twilight Saga,’ will be sinking her teeth into a new TV role. According to Entertainment Weekly, the Twilight actress has booked a three-episode arc on ABC’s drama ‘Pan Am.’
