The Hero will attempt to find a “true hero” by pushing ten contestants beyond their personal and physical limits. The Rock confirms he is negotiating to play the alien mercenary Lobo in a DC Comics film.
Although most of the Marvel and DC superhero movie news has been coming out of Comic-Con in San Diego, Dwayne ‘The Rock Johnson has some comic book film news of his own. The actor turned wrestler confirmed, via Twitter, he is currently in negotiations to play the DC character Lobo.

According to sources, a crew member has died on set of the “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” film.
Witnesses reported that the tragic accident happened Tuesday as the man was working to demolish the set after a scene. A high-powered lift the man was operating suddenly tipped over, causing him to lose his life.
“Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the [crew member's] family at this time,” Paramount Pictures said in a statement. | Full Story
Dwayne Johnson has agreed to star in Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide, which is a live action adventure movie based on the comic book miniseries by John Paul Russ. The book series is a shows how to hunt monsters, the undead and unnatural beasts, and survive the confrontations.
