Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment is setting up to remake Ghost Graduation, a Spanish comedy, at Fox.

Overbrook, which is run by Smith, James Lassiter and Ken Stovitz, finished its deal Friday. Now, they’re looking for a writer to pen the project.

The plot is centered on Modesto, a high school teacher who sees the spirit of deceased people. This spookiness has caused him to get fired from every teaching job he has ever had and also ran-up his tab sky high at his shrink’s office. | Full Story
