‘The Dark Knight Rises’ has already sold out its seats for the Imax experience in New York and Los Angeles. If you haven’t bought your ticket for the advance showing of The Dark Knight Rises for the July 19th midnight showing, you’ll have quite a wait at several other locations.

New York’s AMC Loews Lincoln Square Theater  and the AMC Loews Universal City cineplex Los Angeles are all sold out.  AMC got the idea to advance-sell tickets to TDKR because of the handful of theaters that showed the prologue to TDKR at the beginning of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. | Full Story

Tom Cruise visited India this week for the first time ever in his 49 years of life. The Hollywood star told Press Trust of India, “I wanted to come to India my whole life, so I am very excited.”

The actor has been spotted in a few tourist spots since landing in the country. Earlier this week, the “Jerry Maguire” star was swarmed by the media as he stopped by the Taj Mahal mausoleum in Agra. | Full Story

According to word on the street, an action-packed prologue of the newest Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, will be displayed prior to the much awaited Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol film. The Dark Knight Rises will open in cinemas on July 20, 2012, but Batman fans can catch the trailer by viewing Mission Impossible – The Ghost Protocol, which opens on December 16, 2011. The prologue supposedly consists of stunning scenes of Gotham City crumbling, and was shot using IMAX cameras for amazing effects. | Full Story
