The Internet has gone simply nuts with rumors of a Friends reunion. Some websites have reported a full new season, others have teased a Thanksgiving reunion special. Some sites even claim an entire movie is in the works. Well, I’m sorry to burst your Friends bubble, but none of that is happening. Matthew Perry will be joining CBS’ successful lawyer drama The Good Wife.
The 42-year-old actor will play a recurring role as a charismatic Chicago attorney who heads up an internal affairs investigation of a police shooting.
This will mark Perry’s third lawyer role on a major network. The trend began in 2002 with a guest appearance on the FOX comedy-drama show, Ally Mcbeal. Perry played a cocky big shot attorney campaigning for a spot in Mcbeal’s law firm and her heart. | Full Story
