has been targeted to star in the Sci-Fi thriller feature film version of  The Raven.

The Raven was originally a short film, which was director Ricardo De Montreuil, and  bought by Universal pictures three years ago to be made into a feature length film.

According to reports,  Hemsworth is currently in talks to play the lead of the film, Chris Black.  The Raven is based on the story which follows Black, who possesses a power that could lead to the destruction of the current regime, and the opposition will stop at nothing to destroy him. | Full Story

The film centers around two childhood friends and a NYPD officer who stands in the way of them robbing an armored car company of all the money stored on the premise. Empire State is based on a real life heist that took place in 1982.

The Wrap’s Alonso Duralde said Stewart’s Snow White, “is too reminiscent of her twitchy Twilight character Bella Swann and would have a hard time convincing people to follow her to Forever 21, let alone storm a castle.”

The new trailer for Lionsgate’s The Expendables 2 has just been released.

The Expendables 2 is an upcoming action film directed by Simon West, written by Sylvester Stallone, and based on characters created by David Callaham. It is the sequel to the 2010 action film The Expendables.

Star Stallone had this to say about the new film: “If you thought the first movie kicked some serious a**, you haven’t seen anything yet.”

Brits Say ‘The Hunger Games’ Is Too Bloody For PG-13 Rating

British censors have stated that there will have to be seven seconds of cuts from The Hunger Games, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, in order for the movie to qualify for a PG-13 rating.

Lionsgate UK made all the changes. The cuts include four scenes of violence, and one scene showing details of injuries. Most of the cuts had excessive blood.

With a PG-13 rating, it signifies that the minimum age requirement is 12-years of age, rather than 13 had Lionsgate stuck to the original cut. | Full Story
