Warner Bros.’ new heist film Focus has been plagued with so many casting problems and for a moment it looked like Will Smith and Kristen Stewart would be locking lips as the film leads.
The screenplay from Crazy Stupid Love authors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa originally constructed the roles for Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, but due to scheduling conflicts they were unable to do the film. The roles were subsequently given to Ben Affleck and Stewart. | Full Story

There was doubt if Twilight star, Kristen Stewart, would return for possible Snow White and the Huntsman sequel after having one of the biggest Hollywood scandals of 2012. Stewart, 22, was romantically involved with married director of Snow White and the Huntsman, Rupert Sanders, earlier this year.

A new trailer for Walter Salles‘ adaptation On the Road has surfaced online, this time attempting to highlight the two main characters of Sal and Dean.
On the Road, of course, stars Garrett Hedlund, Sam Riley and Kristen Stewart as the perpetually fascinating trio of Dean Moriarty, Sal Paradise and Marylou, respectively. It’ll follow the same plot as the novel it is based off of, revolving around young writer Sal Paradise as his life is shaken by the arrival of free-spirited Dean Moriarty and his girl, Marylou. | Full Story

Yesterday, THR posted a story about Kristen Stewart being dropped by Universal for the sequel to Snow White And The Huntsman. Now today, the studio quickly deny THR claims and says that any reports that Stewart has been dropped are completely false.
The studio issued the statement via Co-Chairman Donna Langley saying, “We are extremely proud of Snow White and The Huntsmen and are exploring all options to continue the franchise.”
