Welp, the ink is probably still drying – Jimmy Fallon just closed a deal with NBC that will have him replace Jay Leno on The Tonight Show. 

While Fallon has a successful late, late night show, he admits, “I’m really excited to host a show that starts today instead of tomorrow.” While it’s clear Fallon is eager to take over the 11:30pm spot, he’ll have to wait until spring of 2014. Our President made an appearance on The Late Night Show With Jimmy Fallon, pandering to several important blocks of voters. Fallon’s show, which is usually taped in New York, visited the University Of North Carolina in Chapel Hill for this particular taping.

The students were lucky enough to experience the President slow jamming the news with Fallon and The Roots band. Obama hit on an issue every college student could relate to:  student loans, and he was able to deliver that message in a comedic, yet soulful song. | Full Story

Tempestt Bledsoe is returning to TV.  The actress will be starring in Jimmy Fallon’s upcoming untitled pilot.

The TV show is based on three guys in their thirties (played by Anthony Anderson, Jesse Bradford and Zach Cregger) who are striving to be good parents even though they still act like children themselves.

Bledsoe will play the wife of Anderson’s character. The actress whose latest TV work include The Practice, South of Nowhere and Raising the Bar, is best known for her childhood role as Vanessa Huxtable on the long-standing NBC sitcom The Cosby Show. | Full Story

Jimmy Fallon brought the ’90s back  last night on Saturday Night Live.  Fallon hosted the show for the first time since he was a cast member and cameos from such legendary favorites as Rachel Dratch, Amy Poehler, Horatio Sanz, Chris Kattan, Tracy Morgan, and Tina Fey were featured in the holiday-themed episode.  Jude Law also made an appearance.
