Dylan McDermott To Star In New Jerry Bruckheimer Pilot

Dylan McDermott will star alongside Toni Collette in Jerry Bruckheimer’s newest drama series, Hostages. 

The new show revolves around Ellen (Collette), a successful surgeon chosen to operate on President of the United States. Her husband and children are taken hostage in a political conspiracy and it’s up to Ellen to save them. McDermott plays Duncan, an upstanding FBI agent at the center of the conspiracy involving the President. According to Deadline.com,”his role will come as a surprise.”

McDermott was the star of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story and recently wrapped an arc on the show’s second season, American Horror Story: Asylum. McDermott also starred as a senior defense attorney in David E. | Full Story

A full trailer has hit the net featuring Johnny Depp speaking oddly, giving wide-eyed looks to people, and causing all types of mischief and mayhem. No, we’re not talking about Pirates 5 (I think), we’re talking about a new trailer for The Lone Ranger.

Audiences were first presented with a tantalizing teaser trailer over the summer. It presents Depp and co-star Armie Hammer as Tonto and the The Lone Ranger, respectively, and seems to be full of grit and promise. | Full Story

Some new photos of Jerry Bruckheimer’s action adventure The Lone Ranger came online this morning. The photos feature Johnny Depp as Tonto and Arnie Hammer as The Lone Ranger. These photos come just days after production wrapped a long grueling shoot.

The official trailer is schedule to be released on Tuesday’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno presented by Hammer himself.

The Lone Ranger is the classic tale of the legendary lawman John Reid who teams up with a unlikely Native American spirit warrior Tonto to deliver justice to all whom suffered from the hands of greed and corruption. | Full Story
