007.com released a new teaser poster for Skyfall today. Director Sam Mendes stated that he wanted Skyfall to have the feel of classic James Bond. Examples of similarities between this adaptation of the film and past Bond projects, include the set location, (same as From Russia With Love), and the popular gun barrel background, shown in every Bond movie’s credit sequence.
There are rumors that Skyfall is going to step back into the light hearted Bond formerly of the Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan days. Apparently the plan is to distance the next Bond film from the dark and grittier Bond who Daniel Craig has most recently portrayed. | Full Story
Cameron Diaz is in final negotiations to claim her role in The Counselor. She will play the role of Malkima. The film is based on the original script by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Cormac McCarthy. Diaz will be joining a star-studded cast, which includes Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, Michael Fassbender, and Penelope Cruz.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have not shared screen time since Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005), however, if the rumors are true about Ridley Scott’s upcoming film The Counselor, the couple may once again be co-stars.

Checkout Columbia Pictures’ first look of Naomie Harris preparing for her role as Eve in the 23rd installment of the legendary Bond franchise Skyfall. Harris will be the first black woman since Halle Berry to participate in the British spy movie.
In the video Harris trains for 60 days with deadly weapons such as Walther PPK’s and M4 assault rifles. Even though production is keeping details about the character on the hush, it’s believed that Eve will be going head to head with James Bond, then joining forces to solve the case. | Full Story

Last night on the set of the upcoming 007 film, Bond’s countryside lodge was destroyed in a explosion in true action movie fashion. Production spent months building a mansion worthy of James Bond’s very flamboyant taste only for it all to go up in smoke, intentionally.

Sony has just released the first official image from Sam Mendes’ ‘Skyfall‘, the 23rd Bond film that stars Daniel Craig in his 3rd outing as 007. The photo follows a series of teaser images released on the film’s official social media pages, including obscure photos of basements and one of Bond staring into a pool.
