Sony Pictures  released a new trailer for The Call, a movie which starring Halle Berry as  a veteran 911 operator who’s past comes back to haunt her.

Things go crazy for Berry’s character Jordan when she receives an intruder call from a teenage girl. As seen in the trailer, the girl makes the frantic 911 call from the trunk of a car, expressing she has been abducted by a man who locked her up.  Jordan soon realizes that the killer is someone from her past and feels obligated to go out of her way to help in order to save the girl’s life. | Full Story

It’s official – Hugh Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in X-Men: Days of Future Past. This comes as little surprise considering the actor has never passed up an opportunity to don adamantium claws and kick some major mutant and human tail. Last month, Who Got The Role reported Jackman was in negotiations, but X-men director and producer, Bryan Singer, confirmed the news last night. Bryan Singer apparently has a knack for bringing people together. According to a recent report from THR, Singer is calling upon original cast members from X-Men and X2 to reprise their roles for his upcoming film, X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Morris Chestnut Lands Two Roles In ‘Kick-Ass 2′ And ‘The Hive’

Morris Chestnut has landed roles in two upcoming films.

First there is Kick-Ass 2, a movie which will feature an ensemble of superhero misfits that fight crime — similar to The Avengers. The bunch will go head-to-head with The Red Mist, an enemy character who has gathered a team of “supervillains” in order to defeat both Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl. Yesterday we showed you some first look images from the multi-genre film Cloud Atlas. Today the trailer has been released, giving the first detailed look at the adaptation of David Mitchell’s best selling novel. The nearly six minute trailer gives us a clue how the directors have tied together the six stories that span from the 16th Century to a post apocalyptic future.

Some images surfaced today of Tom Hanks and Halle Berry in Cloud Atlas. Andy and Lana Wachowske join Tom Tykwer in adapting and directing the muti-genra novel by David Mitchell.

Here are two images courtesy of Entertainment Weekly from the upcoming film that features Hanks and Berry as tribesman in a post-apocalyptic future. Halle Berry Hospitalized After Suffering On-Set Accident

Actress Halle Berry was reportedly rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after she suffered a head injury on set.

According to TMZ the 45-year-old actress fell and hit her head on concrete during shooting for the upcoming film The Hive.

An ambulance was called to the scene of Berry’s accident and she was reportedly taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center around 10 p.m. Tuesday night.

Filming was completely shut down after Berry’s accident, according to an X17online.com report. | Full Story
