Tim Burton’s remake of the Dark Shadows was just released. Johnny Depp possibly kicks off another franchise with his character Barnabus Collins.

In 1772 the parents of  Barnabas set sail from Liverpool to escape a curse that has plagued their family for decades. After Barnabas grows to be an  inveterate playboy, he makes the mistake of breaking the heart of Angelique Bouchard.
