According to reports, Demi Moore is “improving well” after she checked into a rehabilitation center following a substance abuse incident that left her nearly unconscious.

Last week, Moore was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after she passed out during a session of using the drug whip-its with a few of her friends. Whip-its is nitrous oxide.

Reports surfaced that her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher “rushed to her house” a few days ago after returning from Brazil, but sources say the ex-couple haven’t seen each other. | Full Story
