The first round of divorce court has started in the Demi Moore/Kutcher Kutcher case, and the actress is seeking to take the Two And A Half Men actor to the bank. Earlier today, in a Los Angeles Superior Court, Moore asked the judge to have her ex pay both spousal support and attorney fees.

The couple spilt over a year ago citing “irreconcilable differences,” and now it looks as though the two may end up going through a lengthy courtroom battle over the financial terms. | Full Story

Demi Moore Has Been Spotted For The First Time Post-Rehab

A healthier looking Demi Moore was photographed getting off a plane in L.A. for the first time since entering a drug rehabilitation center in Utah last month.

The film star vacationed in the Caribbean after being treated at the facility for substance abuse and an eating disorder. Moore was spotted last week on a private beach on Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos islands.

Ashton Kutcher Visits Estranged Wife Demi Moore

Ashton Kutcher is reported to have visited Demi Moore after the dramatic, drug-induced meltdown that sent her to the hospital.

According to sources, the Two and a Half Men star has visited Moore since her short stay at the hospital, but “they are not getting back together.”

The source added that Kutcher went because, “He knew it was important to her daughters.”  Moore’s daughter Rumer, 23, still communicates with Kutcher despite his split from her mother. | Full Story

Demi Moore Checks Out Of Rehab Center

Demi Moore has left the rehabilitation facility where she had been receiving treatment for substance abuse.

According to sources, the 49-year-old actress “left treatment at the end of February.”  Moore, who has had a successful career in Hollywood, may continue her treatment by checking into the facility daily.  Another source added that she “may seek outpatient therapy,” but has checked out of the rehab to have a little “reality break.”

The Margin Call star went to the treatment center after she collapsed and started convulsing during a drug session with friends.  After her pal called 911, the paramedics responded and took the actress to the hospital. | Full Story

Demi Moore Checks Into Treatment Facility

Demi Moore is in a rehab facility.

According to a source, the actress checked into the treatment center, Cirque Lodge, in Utah one week after her Jan. 23 dramatic hospitalization.

“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help” a source says. “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”

Cirque Lodge has previously hosted other celebrity clientele, reportedly including Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen. | Full Story

According to reports, prior to Demi Moore’s separation with Ashton Kutcher, her previous husband Bruce Willis tried to get the actress help for her deteriorating health.

“He was worried about her and wanted her to get better,” says the source. “Many of her friends did the same thing, but she just wouldn’t listen.”

According to reports, the actress and her friends were taking the drug whip-its, which is basically nitrous oxide.

Demi Moore Replaced By Sarah Jessica Parker In ‘Lovelace’

Demi Moore has been replaced by Sarah Jessica Parker for the role of feminist icon Gloria Steinem in the pornstar biopic “Lovelace”.  After the veteran actress dropped out of the cast earlier this week, filmmakers Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman scrambled to find a good replacement for Demi, who was expected to begin filming her role on Monday.

According to EW.com, Epstein and Friedman announced the Parker substitution after Moore stunned the production by quitting her role on Tuesday, following her collapse and hospitalization.  A spokesperson for Moore says the 49-year-old actress, who is currently going through a divorce with Ashton Kutcher,  will be seeking professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”

Demi Moore Drops Out Of ‘Lovelace’ Cast

According to sources, Demi Moore has pulled out of the Linda Lovelace biopic. The actress was going to play women’s rights activist Gloria Steinem in the movie.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Moore would play in the film, which includes Amanda Seyfried, Adam Brody, and Sharon Stone.
