Chris Rock Summons Rosario Dawson For New Comedy

Chris Rock called upon Rosario Dawson to play the female lead in a new untitled romantic comedy he has in development.

Deadline broadcasts the news as a comedy to be written and directed by Rock that deals with romance and the reality of show business with a modern day New York City backdrop. Rock is reportedly working with Scott Rudin, Eli Bush and Diller Funding as producers.

Dawson has recently finished her latest performance along co-star Ryan Reynolds in Queen Of The Night, but her next big screen appearance will be reprising her role in Sin City: A Dame To Die For, which hits theaters October 4, 2013. | Full Story

Adam Sandler is back alongside Kevin James, Chris Rock and David Spade to provide more laughs in Grown Ups 2. New to the team will be Drew Barrymore who has previously worked opposite Sandler in films such as The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates.

Take a look below at the first poster to come on the scene for the film.  According to IMDB, Grown Ups 2 reunites the all star comedy cast for some “more summertime laughs.” Lenny (Sandler) permanently relocated his family back to the small town where he and his friends were raised.  In the previous installment, the gang attempted to have fun reviving their childhood ways, but this time around, the Grown Ups are “learning lessons from their kids on a day notoriously full of surprises: the last day of school.”
