Baz Luhrmann is pulling out all the stops for his highly anticipated new movie, The Great Gatsby. The newest trailer features legendary, contemporary crooners like Beyonce, Andre 3000, Lana Del Rey, and Florence + the Machines.

While these musicians are all present day super stars, their sounds still complement the 20′s set period piece beautifully. Florence Welsh’s stirring voice chanting “I can see the green light” is enough to give anyone the chills, while Beyonce Knowles and Andre 3000′s collaboration on Amy Winehouse’s Back To Black is undeniably powerful. | Full Story

The world’s most celebrated diva and new mom, Beyonce Knowles, will reunite with her former Destiny’s Child bandmates, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland at the 2013 Superbowl Halftime show.

Of course Queen B will still have her solo time to shine, but part way through she will be joined by Rowland and Williams for a Destiny’s Child reunion. Not only will they perform some of their older Destiny’s Child hits, fingers crossed for Survivor and Bootylicious, but will likely debut their brand new song, Nuclear. According to US Weekly, Williams and Rowland will then exit the stage and leave Beyonce to finish up with her newest solo single. | Full Story

Well in case you were worried Beyonce Knowles isn’t going to be a stay at home mom. The new mother will be ending her so-called ‘maternity leave’ by performing at the Super Bowl this February. As seen on Deadline.com, the singer just announced she’ll be traveling to New Orleans to perform at Super Bowl XLVII. According to reports, the singer/actor has reportedly been promoting a documentary film about her life to several Hollywood studios.
