The first round of divorce court has started in the Demi Moore/Kutcher Kutcher case, and the actress is seeking to take the Two And A Half Men actor to the bank. Earlier today, in a Los Angeles Superior Court, Moore asked the judge to have her ex pay both spousal support and attorney fees.

In the new biographical film, jOBS, actor Ashton Kutcher portrays the masterfully creative, Steve Jobs. The film will make its worldwide premiere on the closing night of the Sundance Film Festival, January 27, but won’t hit U.S. theaters until April.

With the newly struck deal, Open Road Films will release jOBS on behalf of producer Mark Hulme’s, Five Star Feature Films, which will put forward the marketing money. Open Road films is negotiating to acquire the rights for the new film Jobs, from director Joshua Michael Stern, which stars Two and a Half Men’s Ashton Kutcher as the Steve Jobs.  The film was made independently by Five Star Features and is slated to close the upcoming Sundance Film Festival.

Did Ashton Kutcher get Punk’d by California’s Department of Motor Vehicles? Well if he did, he’s not taking it lightly.

The Two And A Half Men actor’s production company, Katalyst Media, has filed a lawsuit against California’s DMV alleging the government office pulled out of a realty show deal that would feature the every day drama surrounding the employees and people using its services.

According to the lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the show would have been titled DMV and was intended to “capture the variously humorous, emotional, dramatic, moving, humanizing and entertaining situations that arise on a daily basis at DMV’s more than 170 offices across the State of California.”

‘Two And A Half Men’ Officially Renewed For Season 10

TWO AND A HALF MEN

CBS has officially renewed their hit TV show Two And A Half Men for its next season. The comedy show will have its tenth go-around now that the network has completed a new license fee agreement with Warner Bros. TV.

The renewal comes a few weeks after the network finalized new deals with its three stars Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones.
