Today (November 22), Actor David Dayan Fisher pleaded not guilty to allegedly choking his neighbor.
The “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service” star was arrested back in September for allegedly attacking his neighbor during an argument over swimming pool towels that were hung out to dry on a fence.
The neighbor claimed that Fisher turned violent during the altercation and began choking him.
Fisher told the judge that he acted out of self-defense, stating that the neighbor insulted his dead mother.
The British actor, was arrested and released on $50,000 bond. He is due back in court in December.
