Yesterday Taylor Kitsch was on Good Morning American to show off his new movie ‘John Carter.’ The epic Action adventure, based on the Barsoom series by Edgar Rice Burroughs, is a surprising early gift for all John Carter fans. Happy Holidays!
The Official trailer hit the web today and the former ‘Friday Night lights’ Star is looking hardcore. This Action adventure follows a former Confederate Captain (Kitch) who is mysteriously transported to Mars, and must resolve a conflict between warring nations.
From the director of pixar’s ‘Wall-E’ and ’Finding Nemo’, this will be Andrew Stanton’s first full length live-action film. The film, which also stars Willem Dafoe and Lynn Collins is set for a March 9, 2012, release.

Why should we care?
can you say Avatar…..can you say Pocahontas..I think I should read the book before I pass judgement, but from the looks of this trailer its the same old saviour story
Actually the books this movie is based on came WAY before avatar and Pocahontas. So, if anything, they copied from him. I, for one, will probably be there to see it. I’ve read those books numerous times and look forward to a hopefully good movie from it.
